Oil Free Compressor
There are 2 types of screw compressors, Oil Free Screw Compressors and Oil Injected Screw Compressors. The working principle of these two types is also the same, the difference is in the engine circuit. The screw thread of the oil free type is much better with the composition of very little space between the threads (screws), the threads (screws) will not touch each other.
The advantages of the Oil Free type:
+Compressed air produced is pure oil free
Disadvantages of Oil Free type:
-The price is more expensive than the Oil injected type
-The cost of servicing this air compressor and its maintenance is much more expensive.
